Communication Coaching & Consulting
Expert coaching for the moments that matter — from the toast at the wedding to the boardroom presentation.
The right words, said the right way, can change everything.
— The SpeakEZ Philosophy
Hi, I'm Jamie — the communication coach and consultant you'll be working with at The SpeakEZ. I hold a Master's in Communication Studies and have spent the past decade helping adults become more confident, compelling communicators.
My work spans three areas: helping people strengthen their close relationships through better interpersonal communication, equipping them to connect across diverse audiences and cultural contexts, and coaching them to deliver presentations and speeches that truly land. On the organizational side, I've worked with teams to sharpen their messaging, improve how they collaborate, and build presentations that resonate with the audiences that matter most.
The SpeakEZ is built on one belief: great communication isn't a gift you're born with. It's a set of learnable skills — and with the right guidance, anyone can master them.
Every session is tailored to your specific situation, goals, and communication style.
From maid of honor speeches to eulogies to toasts — craft words that move the room and reflect the relationship.
Practice and prepare for the interview that changes your career. From answering tough questions to projecting confidence.
Whether it's a pitch to your CEO or a thesis defense, learn to present with clarity, confidence, and command.
Networking events, first dates, new colleagues — master the art of easy, genuine conversation in any social setting.
We spend 20 minutes getting to know your situation, your goals, and what's been holding you back.
I design a coaching plan tailored specifically to you — your timeline, your context, your communication style.
We work together — through real practice, honest feedback, and targeted exercises — until you feel genuinely ready.
Real people. Real moments. Real transformation. Here's what working together looks like from their side.
I was a wreck before my maid of honor speech. I'd rewritten it six times and still couldn't get through it without crying or blanking. After just two sessions, I walked up to that mic feeling genuinely prepared. I got so many compliments — people said it was the best speech of the night.
Got the job I'd been trying to land for two years. The mock interview practice was transformative.
My quarterly presentation went from something I dreaded to something I actually looked forward to.
I never thought small talk was coachable. Now I actually enjoy meeting new people at events.
As someone who failed their first PhD defense, she helped me prepare so thoroughly I felt unstoppable the second time.
